Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a free trial. It works quite differently than you are used to. We offer a 30-Day 'Love It or Leave It' Guarantee. If you don't like Findash or it doesn't meet your expectations, you will receive your refund back in full. No questions asked, no explanation needed. Just cancel your subscription and send us an e-mail at support@findash.app, and you'll have your money back within 5 working days.
What support is included with my subscription?
All subscriptions include comprehensive help documentation, video tutorials, access to our community forum, e-mail support with 4-hour response time and live chat assistance. If necessary we can help you with the onboarding with our Implementation guidance service, which you can use for free upon request.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the platform. Navigate to "Billing" and cancel your subscription there. If you have a yearly subscription, you will see the option to cancel it directly, receiving a refund for the unused period, or per the end of the billing cycle. A monthly subscription can only be cancelled per month, after a full billing cycle.
